Virginie Bernard is a French commercial lawyer specialized in distribution matters and commercial contracts.
She was part of the competition and distribution team of Landwell (PriceWaterhouseCoopers network) for 9 years.
She advises large and medium sized companies in a vast spectrum of industries, including transportation, retail distribution of food, luxury goods, manufacturing, banking and insurance, travel agencies, IT and pharmaceutical products.
